Entrepreneurial spirit

I promise, this is the last time I'm going to talk about the NYP Tammy case. It's like what my friend said tonight - "Bway sian meh?"

But its one thing to have an entrepreneurial spirit, its another making a profit out of someone else's misery.

Check out this site.

They're now selling Tammy merchandise.

*sigh*

There are much better ways to make money, dudes.

On a much more solemn note:

Tygrreyez.blogspot.com would like to observe a minute's silence and pay solemn respects to a much respected man.

Fuck. Wrong picture.

This was a man who once famously said, "Singapore run only by PhD's would be my vision of a purgatory. Equally, a government run by road sweepers can be no less a terrifying place to live in."

We pay our respects. In fact, as a mark of respect, when Jan and I were listening to the radio in the car earlier tonight, every single Mediacorp radio station had cut their transmission and was playing instrumental music. Which came as quite a surprise at first, cause lets face it - Perfect 10 doesn't play instrumental. Sidenote - I know Power 98 isn't under the Mediacorp umbrella, but they're run by SAFRA right? Isn't SAFRA like an outreach of the government as well? *puzzled* How come THEY didn't cease normal broadcast as a mark of respect? Hmmm....

Been reading quite a few blogs of late and I know I'm slow, but I quite like www.sixthseal.com
Its written by a Malaysian (who bears quite a resemblance to my cousin) blogger called Huai Bin and in his blog (actually, its amongst his archives), you can read and download video clips of him doing the most stupid things like firing a pop gun at his own hand and setting off firecrackers indoors, nearly setting his house on fire. Oh, and there are the not-so-irreverant ones of him taking drugs and cutting himself while high. In fact, Huai Bin got into quite a bit of trouble with the Malaysian authorities because of the drug thingie and he makes the solemn claim that sixthseal.com does not condone or encourage drug abuse. Having said that, neither do I. But I enjoy reading his blog very much. There's a certain disdain for safety and approach to life in his actions that make his blog such a compelling read indeed. Do check it out.

PS Wonder if I'll ever get a grand funeral.

there is nothing wrong with making money from the tammy issues, afterall an innocent and smart girl wouldnt have allow the video to be taped in the first place.

much as u gonna pity her why not ask yourself why she fcuking allowed her bf to taped it in the first placE?

which girl in her right frame of mind would do that? its asking for trouble. no use pitying a bitch.
